How can I place an order with Funky Station?
You can place an order online through our website or return the completed order form along with cash payments to the school (if the school accepts cash payments).
Can I return or exchange items if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of our limited-time sales and partnership programme, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is processed. Please review all orders carefully before submitting them.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been processed through our online system. Please make your selections carefully before submitting your order.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your school’s order is submitted, it enters our processing stage, which takes approximately 1-2 weeks. This includes validating order details and processing payment.
After that, delivery takes an estimated 5-7 weeks, which covers verifying items, composite sorting, pick-and-pack, and freight.
Please note that delays may occur due to factors such as order volume or unforeseen circumstances, including courier issues, supplier disruptions, or natural disasters.
Why does my order take weeks to arrive?
Unlike regular retail orders, we handle multiple school orders at once, which can increase processing time. Delays may also happen due to high order volumes, courier issues, supplier problems, or unexpected events like natural disasters. We always do our best to meet the estimated shipping timeframes and appreciate your patience and understanding if delays occur.
Do I need to pay when I place an order?
Yes, payment must be made at the time of order. Funky Station does not accept “order now, pay later” transactions. Orders will not be processed without full payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via credit/debit card on our website for online orders. Some schools may also accept cash payments for school-based orders. Please check with your school to confirm the payment options available.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact Funky Station customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. If the product is still available, we will send a replacement. If it’s no longer available, we will issue a refund.
How do I track my order?
Since orders are processed and shipped to participating schools for distribution, individual tracking is not available. Once all orders are processed, items will be sent to your school for delivery. Schools will distribute the products directly to students

I missed the order deadline. Can I still place my order?
If you were unable to submit your order by the due date, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to get your package to you if possible. Please note, this depends on how late the order is and its current processing status, so it cannot be guaranteed.
